About
18North is an 18xx convention in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, held at Union Depot in Saint Paul, a restored 1920s railway station in the Lowertown district. The first edition ran in November 2025 and the event returns each November over four days, from Thursday to Sunday.
The convention focuses on 18xx and other economic strategy games. In 2026 it moved to the larger Veterans' Gallery, with 15 dedicated tables seating 60 to 70 players and a library of more than 70 18xx titles. Sign-up sheets and table markers help players find teachers or open seats, and scheduled teaching games run every day for newcomers.
