18xxBelgiumは、メヘレンでBelgian 18xx Conventionを主催するベルギーの非営利団体（vzw）です。Spellenclub Mechelenの18xxプレイヤーの集まりから生まれ、2018年からこのイベントを運営しており、毎回40〜60人のプレイヤーが各国から集まります。
コンベンションはメヘレン旧市街の聖ロンバウツ学院で年2回開かれます。春は聖霊降臨祭の金曜から月曜まで、冬は金曜から日曜までで、通常11月下旬です。セッション表に沿って経験豊富なプレイヤーが多くの18xxタイトルの卓を立ててインストし、デザイナーやパブリッシャーが新作や試作品を紹介します。土曜の夜は乾杯とバーベキューで締めくくられます。
