18xxBelgium è un'associazione belga senza scopo di lucro (vzw) che organizza la Belgian 18xx Convention a Malines (Mechelen). È nata dal gruppo di giocatori di 18xx dello Spellenclub Mechelen e organizza l'evento dal 2018, richiamando a ogni edizione un pubblico internazionale di 40-60 giocatori.
La convention si tiene due volte l'anno al Collegio di San Rumoldo, nel centro storico di Malines: un'edizione primaverile dal venerdì al lunedì di Pentecoste e una invernale dal venerdì alla domenica, di solito a fine novembre. Giocatori esperti guidano e spiegano molti titoli 18xx secondo un calendario di sessioni, autori ed editori presentano novità e prototipi, e il sabato si chiude con un aperitivo e un barbecue.
