Data controller

The data controller is Jordi Salord Font, acting in a personal capacity. You can get in touch about anything concerning your data through jordisalord.com.

What data we process

This site has no forms, no user registration and no private area: we do not ask for your name, email or any other detail in order to browse. The only data processed is:

• Analytics browsing data. Only if you accept cookies: pages visited, language, device and browser type, approximate country and interactions such as opening an FAQ or clicking a link. Google Analytics 4 does not record the full IP address.
• Public player and game data. The games section shows usernames, identifiers, avatars and game results obtained from 18xx.games and Ludoya, which are already public on those platforms. No real name, email or contact detail is associated with them.
• Server logs. The hosting provider keeps technical access logs (IP address, date and page requested) for security and maintenance purposes.

Purpose and legal basis

• Site analytics — to learn which content is useful and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Game statistics — to promote the hobby and offer data of interest to the community, with no commercial purpose. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in disseminating already-public information for educational purposes.
• Security and maintenance — to detect incidents and abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who has access to the data

No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Access is limited to:

• Google LLC, as the provider of Google Analytics 4, and only if you have accepted analytics cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
• The site's hosting provider, acting as data processor and solely to keep the service running.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics and deleted automatically when it expires. Cookies expire within the periods stated in the cookie policy.

Public game data is kept while the project remains active and the data is of interest, or until the person concerned asks for it to be removed. Server logs are kept for the limited period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Simply request it through jordisalord.com. If you are a player and do not want your username to appear in the games section, tell us and we will remove it without asking you for a reason.

Complaints

If you believe your data is not being handled in line with the rules, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or, where applicable, the Catalan Data Protection Authority (apdcat.gencat.cat).
